Rentals include gas & electricity, and bed linen. Clothes washing & drying are at extra charge. First basket of wood included for the open fire. Further baskets available to purchase.

SHORT BREAKS

Weekend and other short breaks can be booked in advance during November to March. During other months short breaks may be booked up to 10 days in advance when available.

2 nights from £110, 3 nights from £150, 4 nights from £175

BOOKINGS

Please telephone to ensure your chosen week is still available and then send a deposit of £100 a week. The balance is due 6 weeks before the arrival date. Short breaks require payment in full when booking.

 Cheques should be payable to Mrs L Lovell. Once confirmed I am contracted to provide the accommodation and you to pay the agreed full rental. Cancellations incur a refund less £25 administration charge unless within 6 weeks when no balance is refunded unless the accommodation is booked by another party.
